Failed attempt to re-download PCM2010

Hey all,
I used the search function and looked around for a while there but couldn't find anything related to my particular problem, so I figured my best bet was to start a new thread here. I apologize if I missed something while doing my search and I appreciate any help in advance.
That said, I had PCM2010 on a hard drive that recently failed and, after reacquiring all my programs and putting them on the new drive, I tried to get PCM back but when I went to my download confirmation email and clicked on the link to download it, it said "Sorry, your download time expired (21 days from order day)." and I'm not sure what to do now.
Do they seriously only let you re-download the game for 3 weeks after purchase?!

P.S. I completely deleted the folder. When doing a computer search for "pcm" only 8 things showed up and none were .exe

It`s this email you need.
After lots of emails they recognized that they are responsible for this kind of stuff and gave me another activation 
So just write a mail. If they send you to another email, send another mail.
Just do it as long as they need to realize. |

Hello guys. I thought i could just use this thread instead of creating a new one, since it's almost the same problem. I decided to clean up my email account. And with a mistake i deleted the PCM 2010 activation key and download links.
Honestly i dont know what to do. Maybe i will just buy the game again if i cant get new link's. Had the same problem in 07 though. Fought with them for some weeks to get a new download and key's. I dont have the energy for that now. Any help would be nice.

If you send them an e-mail from the same address, asking them to re-send you the original e-mail, they will probably do it. |

markene2: Is the game still installed? If yes, you could make a backup of the registry so that you do not need any actication keys in the future. But maybe you have deleted the installation files also?
So, if you have the files and the game is installed still, I can tell you how to backup the pcm registry information. |

Lachi: I dont have the files instaled. I instaled and new OS on this computer and forgot to backup the files. And i dont have any emails more. I hope i can find the suport email adress. Well wish me luck!
