Feeding a breakaway rider

I got a guy into a break last night and they took out about 5 minutes - great. But then my guy's bottles emptied and he needed a feed. Trouble was, when I clicked his bottle icon, he dropped out of the break.
Normally I would send a rider back to get bottles for him but of course that only works if your water carrier is in the same group.
So my question is, how to feed a rider who gets in a breakaway?
This might have been a one-off so I'll try again tomorrow. |

Set your rider on relay with high enough percentage. When he has finished the relay and starts to move back, click on the feed button (don't deselect the relay button). Works for me! |

It can happen that he gets droped but if you watch him and don't have the speed at 8x this should not be a problem. Just raise the % or make a short attack to get him back into the group. |

ok, so when i'm in a breakaway and i'm asked to relay by another rider i cannot make this happen. not sure which button to agree and how quickly i have to react to offer. can't find answer in manual either. |

You only have to choose the relay button down on screen,on the painel... |
