Activation key registy

Hi
Have a bad problem at the moment. For no reason I have a Trojan Generic 19.BOZL on my PC. Can`t really delete it. AVG is finding it but not deleting. If I delete this files manually they appear again after rebooting.
So I probably have to reinstall windows and so everything is deleted.
Because I don`t have another key left I would like to know if there is a way to save something in the registry and installing this later again to avoid the key question.
I found the Cyanide/ProCyclingManager1010/Keys folder in there but not sure if this is enough.
If someone had a similar problem with this Trojan it would also be nice to hear if there is another solution without windows reinstall. |

If you open the file pcm-protection.exe you can deactivate the product so use again the key after 
I think is not on registry but on cya server.

Are you sure. This sounds almost too easy.
So I can click "Activate or deactivate product", reinstalling windows, install PCM, use my old key, although I have 0/3 activations left? |

I googled a lot today and obviously I was able to delete this Trojans.
At least all computer scans are clean now.
If somebody has similar problems then this online scan is very good. AVG wasn`t able to delete it before.

So thanks for your advice, will use it next time I reinstall Windows.
Also sent emails to all Cyanide, Nexway addresses I could found and hope that someone knows who is responsible for the activation codes |

If you downloaded it, dig out the original email and there is a link on with the people to email for activation codes. Usually takes them a day or two to respond, but you'll get a new activation that way if you need it.

Got PCM2010 on CD for the first time in years. Previously, I'm fairly sure the activations came from Focus. I bought the download version from a few different sources the last few years, and I think the email always pointed to Focus for the activations. |

It was Focus until 2009 and there I never had a problem.
But for no reason they changed to Nexway this year and now nobody knows who is responsible.
With Focus I even got a completely new key also I didn`t had a order number or activation code, I just sent them my name and email address and this was enough.
So definitely the last time I got it as download version. Just problems.
