How to edit riders career history?

How do I change a riders career history? I started a career and find out I want to add a rider (Van Hummel) to my team. No problem, except in the career info of the rider it still says Skil - Shimano and I dont have a clue how to change that to show my custom teams name instead. Anyone?

You need to change the rider's team in DYN_palmares.
