Updated to patch 1.0.4.2 then downloaded the new Local for it and when clicking on PCM shortcut and play the game doesn't load when try it again says cannot open game as its already running.

tried task manager but game isnt listed as running in there, also tried an un-install and re-install but even with default version of game still not loading after pressing play.

Any ideas?

Did you try deleting / renaming your PCM folder in My Documents?

Yes full delete of everything, uninstall from control panel, then delete from my documents of PCM folder. Cleared out of recycle bin to
