Expansion pack v2 database problems

I just downloaded the expansion pack v2 databse, but because its a torrent i cant quite figure out how to open it in the databse editor. Could anyone give me a detailed description of what to do?

Installation:
Please note that this is a .torrent file. You need a client to download the file completely, e.g. uTorrent.

When the file is done downloading, open it with 7-Zip, WinRAR or similar it, Inside, there's a ReadMe.txt. Open it and follow the instructions.

When it's downloaded, you will have a .7z-file. Inside it, there are two .7z-files with one of them being MyDocuments.7z. This contains the DB files that can be opened with an editor.

hm,, the only database i can find after extracting the files is the "Custom.cdb" databse, which is no different from the regular database (OfficialRealease.cdb)... Damn i feel stupid

I can't really explain it clearer. Inside the MyDocuments.7z file, there's a Database folder with two .cdb files. These are the ones you need.
