Knut Knudsen from Norway has been signed by Jonathan Vaughters as the new Manager. Knut Knudsen that won the Tirreno-Adriatico in 1979 and has 6 stage victories in the Giro.
In the age at 60 and many years without media he finally gets where he belongs.
He says this to Sky sports: "With many years without working with the NRK in Norway i just had to work with this, i feel home again"
And many of the stars at the team are happy about this...
Heinrich Haussler:
"He has much experience and will help the team a lot"
Thor Hushovd:
" I am so happy for this, to commuticate with a man that i know so well is a very good thing for me aswell to the team"
but someone was uncure about this.....
Ryder Hesjedal
"I dont know him that well and he does not have no experience from managing a team...."
Tyler Farrar:
"Well maybe he is good but im afraid that he and Hushovd come from Norway, and than maybe he will not go for me at the Tour De France"
He has been given a lot of support by the sponsors Transitions,Chipotle,Slipstream,Cervelo
And have given the responebility to do what he thinks is best...
This story will not continue before the 2011 database comes. So everyone can just wait and think about how this will go but when the database 2011 will come
