Crash circuit de l'ain

Hello everybody, i'm a fan of cycling manager and i'm playing a career season with my own team. The game is ok but when i arrived at the circuit de l'ain the game crash. I've just skipped the first stage because i've no riders in the race, but when i'm going to simulate the second stage, the game crash to desktop. I don't know why! Can someone help me? I'm using the italian database PCMPlanet. I made an attachment with this tag if it can be helpful. Thanks of all!
