How does the fatigue and training bars work??

When do the riders get fatigued levels etc.?

BOC 92
when you train them to hard/make them start too many races, fatigue will rise, fatigue says how tired the rider is, its good to have little fatigue.

are you a member at pcmnorge??

what do I have to look at, in order to "balance" the fatigue??

CrueTrue
You can lower the fatigue by sending your riders to a "rest" camp.

no, it doesn't work to send the riders to a leisure camp. I tried to do that with Bettini, without any results...

You lower fatique by lowering traning intensity thereby lowering training form below 40.
