PPDB American Repairkit Fix

Hi, does anybody, have the American Repairkit Fix for the PPDB07 Unlimited that they would be kind enough to upload for more? Or can someone point me in the direction of a working link? I've tried the links on the PPDB forum but they don't work, I've asked most of the members on PPDB that still play PCM06 (cause its great) but no one can help me. I've even PMed Plakker, but didn't get a response. He is likely too busy to respond to PMs right now. So yeah.

Isn`t this kit in the Giant 07 unlimited full package included? This one you can find in a extra link in the hilly thread of 06.
Can`t check it right now because the site seems to be down since yesterday evening? Can`t enter it a at least.

Well I've tried using the convertor, to get past, the March Bug, but that failed, so someone else on a European computer did it for me and got to the next day succesfully on their computer, but it was still the same day as before for me on my North American computer, the savegame that is.

As for it being included in the Final package, I'm not too sure about that, as it doesn't appear to be there.

Edit: Does anyone know the size of the American Fix file?
