Is there anyway with Hannes Convertor or Editor or the DB editor that comes with the game, that you can change wwhich team you manage part way through the season?

You can try to change the fkIdteam in DYN_Manager.
But I never tried it and there might be problems?!?
Just make a backup and give it a try Wink

Scroll to the right. Should be the fourth from there.
At least in PCM 10, might be the same in 09, too.
Can`t check it right now by myself.

ok. is there any way of editing your manager so they're more likely to get a job if they apply for one at the end of the season?

edit: and i found how to change team. it's in gam_user i think
