How do you create custom Tours with existing stages?

Hi,

I want to put some existing stages into a new Tour (or a variant of the Tour de France, Giro, etc). How can I do that? For example, I want to create a Tour with the sixth stage of the Giro, the Alp d'Huez stage from the Dauphine, the eleventh stage from the TdF, etc...
