The AI doesn't seem bothered about Mountain Jerseys

is this considered a fault in the game or not?? I only play on Normal so maybe playing on Hard/Extreme will change this. In races with few mountains, small Italian races a plenty, the computer has no interest at all and these can be won with a poor rider.
