Forgotten thinks from Cyanide!

It seemed a little corny that Cyanide has forgotten to do so that you get offers from other teams.

Also you can not buy riders free from their contract

Is there one who will ask cyanide and ask about the dishes in a patch?

I`m quite sure that happened on purpose. In reality it`s still not very often that riders are bought out of their contracts. Even it it seems to happen more and more in future.
I am not sure but I think both wasn`t possible in PCM09 neither, so they won`t fix this.

I don't think PCM needs this and for sure there are more important things to change first
