First of all... I didn't know where put this thread, so i started it here.
I just want to know which historical DB out there is the best?
Starting year should be between 1990 and 2000. If it's one year +/- i don't mind.
PCM should be 2005-2010.
I started the poll which some DBs i already know and found in the download section. If the best one in your opinion isn't in it, so please post it in the thread.
And if the DB is in the poll feel free to tell why it's the best DB.
Thx.

I really don't remember all those DBs, but the 1991 DB is by far the most complete of them. |

But I'm agree, the Titan 05 for PCM07 war great even tough there was a lot of bugs.

After downloading a fix for the PCMNorge1998 DB there are still some riders with the wrong displayed age like S. Commesso, D. Millar, J. Jufre Pou and some others. Is there another fix out there, or is that V2 Fix the only one...?
Someone who has experience with that? |

I've already downloaded thatone, but some riders have still awrong displayed age. I just wanted someone to tell me if its my fault, or if some are still wrong, like S. Commesso... |

Yea, if already tested thatone... And, it's a fantastic Database. Just one problem... I was 2 years old, when Bugno, LeMond and the others where racing for glory...
The PCMNorge is also really good. It's a good year. Armstrongs first for US Postal, one year for getting into it, than you have to win it with Lance... But there are some pink photos, and as i said some wrong ages... But maybe it's my fault. Hopfully Johan92 can help me with thatone... Then i will play 1998. For sure. |

mCkROMFOCKA: Hopefully mistakes like that wont be in the PCM10-DB . I know there was some mistakes with the 09-DB.
However, I'm a bit surprised that nobody (except me) has voted for Bernth's 1996 for PCM07. One of the greatest DBs of all time.

So it has to do something with the DB. Not with wrong installation... Because i'm good in installing something wrong.^^
So there will be one for PCM10? Starting year 1998? Sounds great.^^
According to Bernth's 1996 DB... Why it's so good? Can you give me some information... And how is Armstrong rated? Would be nice to know. |

I didn't pay much attention looking over the ages in the last version. And yes, there will be a 98-DB for PC10 with starting year 1998, look in the BD forum for PCM10.
And why Bernth's DB is so good? Because it contains everything you want in a historical DB. Teams, rider, a comlete new calendar, real stages etc. And forexample people like Di Luca and Basso were scoutable. You can download it under the PCM07 downloads here on Daily.

I'm already downloading thatone... It's just about Lance... In 1996 he wasn't that kind of riders he was after fighting cancer... So it's all about his rating... |
