Custom kit problem

Hi all,
I've followed all the tutorials and added my custom kit into the right folder (and double checked it) and I've even made my mini kit.... but when I come to use it in game, I'm kitted out with Francais de Jeux clothing!!!
WHY!?!?!?!
The minishirt works when you start the process of making a custom team but the in game shirt doesn't....
HELP!!!! |

Yup... like I said, I followed the TUT to the letter and even went back and retraced my steps!
