Hi! I finished the first year of career and when I try to contact a cyclist of another team the game says that I can't until the season end or that I can't offer a contract to a cyclist till his new contract begin. I went on till the 1st of January but it keeps on being the same every day. I'm not able to offer a contract to a not-free cyclist or to negotiate with any team. What can I do? |

You can't negotiate with riders who have contracts with other teams - they're contracted, remember? 
You can only negotiate with riders who do not have contracts or whose contracts run at the end of the season. You can do that from the 1st of July. |

But on the Manual it's written that you can reach an agreement with the team of the cyclist and then you can negotiate with the cyclist. |

Yeah ... in a previous game. It's not possible in PCM10. |

the signing of new riders is a complete nightmare on this game, ew are told we cant sign anyone till July, then in July most riders are already signed to other teams and try going tot he Transfer page to see whos free, put them in order of whos free and when you exit from a cyclists page your transfer list had defaulted back to Alpabetical order. The search option doesn't let you search for free riders currently in pro teams, cyanide sort it please! |

There's a contract option saying something along the lines of "at the end of the season". This one shows you the free riders (at the end of the season) currently on contract. |

opem cdb,select you career.cdb,choose teams
go at team rider you want to make an offer
example lampre for cunego
then at left of team it's an "+",press that
then you will have a lots of options
press "+" at DYN_contract_cyclist_linked to IDteam
and at column gene_i_contract_end change in your year
example your carreer it's on 2011 change in 2011
then that rider will be at finish with contract with that team and you can make an offer
bellow DYN_contract_cyclist to idteam it's dyn_contract_cyclist_offer ,if you know the id of team,id rider..... then you put there the values and that rider will accept your offer
at the end of season,i think
