just purchased the new game and will be installing the latest PCMdaily DB in the next few days. i'm at a loss as to which team to start a new career with. i'm toying with the idea of starting a new story but am undecided. just wondered if you guys could give me a few ideas of which team to be. i usually play with milram but seeing as there is already a milram story and i fancy a change i was just wondering what you thought. don't mind if it's pro-tour or continental.
cheers |

I'd like to see CSF Colnago, Euskatel or a small British team (seeing as you are from England.)

As you can tell by my sig I quite like Quick Step BMC, Garmin or Cervelo are also fun teams to play with. Sorry for getting in a Milram story first

Well, i don't think it really matters anymore, but would prefer ISD or Euskatel more than Footon.

Euskaltel have got 2 very good stage racers (Sanchez and Anton), a couple of good youngsters (Inxausti, Castroviejo and Sicard), and a few OK sprinters.
Footon just have good youngsters!
So really it depends on whether you want to win races in your first season or not - I just finished my first year with Euskaltel and Sami Sanchez won the Pro Tour (won Pais Vasco, Fleche and 4th in Tour amongst others) and Anton finished 2nd in the Vuelta and won Tirreno Adriatico. Good luck

sorry guys
i've been playing around for a couple of days and the game seems to be quite unstable at the moment. it's freezing and crashing quite a bit so i don't want to waste mine and your time by starting a story that will be over by mid feb.
i've started a career with Euskatel so if the game calms down and i get into it properly i might start when i get to the tour.
thanks for the suggestions.
sorry again |
