When I race with Jakob Fugslang (MO:76 HILL:74) on my Saxo Bank Career, I will have him hold his postition within the pelaton and move the effort bar to 99. On the first major climb he can't keep up with the pelaton, where such riders as M. Strgar (MO:56 HILL:62) from Vorarlberg can keep up. Also C.A. Sorensen's (MO:75 HILL:73) digging deep energy bar remains full while Fugslang's is used up. I have installed the patch upgrading to 1.0.3.0. and my Control Pannel says I have version 1.0.3.0.

Probably in a bad shape? How about race days?
Putting effort to 99 isnt very clever for the first climb anyways

Macimate is right, different shape makes a big difference.
and don't put him 99 on climbs (expecially first ones)

His fitiness was 70 pts and the race was in mid April, could that be the answer?

sounds strange. maybe 70pts fitness and -5 in day form can explain it

70 pts fitness is not great, especially if he's up against riders who are set to peak around the april classics.. Being dropped on the first climb sounds a bit drastic though.

Like I said its not the first climb, but the first major climb. But on the first small climb (more than a half kilometer) his heart rate does get really high. And his digging deep energy is used up while no ones else is.

try putting him on dot and he should hold position or move forward, start with effort at 50 and if still falling back move up to 60 then 65 but if hes still falling back with dot on 75 then hes just not fit enough
