1.) In Career mode, what will be the best option for a newbie in terms of the season to select? The top season with all the pro teams or the other option?
2.) How do I change my riders aggression during a race?
3.) Is it important to eat the GEL bar before the final sprint (or doesnt it make a difference?)
4.) I would only like to work with 3 or 4 riders and not ecveryone in the squad in terms of training etc. Is this possible?
5.) How does the season planner work?? Where is the saved file?
I do not understand your questions 1 and 2. What other option? Which aggression?
3. The GEL helps your rider to attack longer (the red bar) or ride faster without draining the yellow bar. So maybe it helps also with the sprint bar, but I am not sure.
4. Of course you can ignore the riders.
You don't have to select trainers and the training speciality because the game does it automatically.
But you should at least set a training schedule, for example alternate between level 3 and 4 so these riders have decent fitness all season long. Else these riders might not even be able to finish the stage with the peloton.
5. If you talk about my season planner, then there is a short manual included. But it only makes sense to use it after you understood the game and want to work with all your riders (at least that is my opinion).
What I meant was when on Career mode and it comes to team selection then is it better to select a team in the top league (radioshacks etc) or in the other league (unknown names). Obviously the lower league dont have races like the tour de france etc?
When your riders ride you can change their mode to either being agressive to being not. (you normally get that option before a sprint starts) Can you do it in race manually?
Finally if I start the season planner -- how do I find my saved game since the planner asks for it?? (I did the default installation)
Lastly, can you plan the whole training season for a rider for months in advance? How?
The leagues represent the official leagues of the UCI. So it would be Pro Tour or Continental. All teams can race the same races allthough a Pro Tour team HAS to participate in Pro Tour races while Continental teams have to apply for a wildcard for these races. (The wildcard can be denied of course.)
It might be better to start your first career with a decent team, so take one with has much stars or a wel known star.
The agression is only used in sprints, so you can select it before the sprint only.
There is a PCM folder in "My documents". Look there for a file called career_001 or similar (file name depends on your language) in Database\Solo\[Name of DB]
