Matthews starts well and attacks to make the break with 6 other riders,
Adam Hansen, Wesley Sulzberger, Johnnie Walker, Cameron Wurf, Mitchell Docker, Thimothy Roe
The group were away and had 9 minuates with 20km to go whennn....
Hansen attacked from the group matthews decided to try and go with him
He was close but can he catch him beofre the line
No, but still a great effort by matthews to get our first podium place a great ride by the young man.
