Scouting young riders!

Hi all!
I scouting for young riders that can win GC!I Scouting in Spain or Italy!But the best rider i found was "Victor Cicolla"who had 76 Mou 74 tt an 73 hill!He had there no stars anymore!Can i find a rider which can train like Schleck!That means that he had 83 mountain?Or cant find you young riders,which can win the tour later?

Of course. But if there are 50 riders in whole Spain, there might be 2-5 riders with very good future stats. And just half of them are GC rider. Similar in Italy.

There are stats like hopeless(hoffnugslos),interesting(interessant),good future(vielversprechend) and perfect fututre(glänzende Zukunft)!
How many stars will the rider have by an perfect future?

You never really know. Normally a perfect future talent should have more than a hopeless talent. But even a perfect one needn`t be a future great. Possible that he is very weak in the beginning but develops quite a lot and become good helper but not more.
It`s also possible to find a very good hopeless talent with stats around 70+, but without much possible development.

So you never really know how good they`ll be. But normally there are enough "perfect future" talents with quite good stats, so if you take these you`ll find maybe 1-2 very good ones.

Ok,i play with an custon team and have only 3 riders plus 10 u 23 riders,an i find 1 talent whit perfect future and 3 with good fututreSmile
