I didnt want to download the blender program to make the 3d minimaillot so i used paint.net to make the old school 2d maillot.
First you follow the tutorial located at https://www.pcmdai...cle_id=30. If you dont have warp feature just scale the image to fill the space instead. Save the file as a .tga as specified.
In Paint.net, Open any of the custom minimaillot from the ProCyclingManager/Gui/team_shirt folder, exp. c00_minimaillot.
Open your .tga, hit ctrl+a to select all then hit ctrl+c to copy it.
On the c00_minimaillot page hit ctrl+shift+n to create a new layer. With the new layer selected hit ctrl+v to paste your custom jersey. Use the wand tool to delete the black background (it the tool about 4th down on the left hand tools column) by selecting the black area with the wand tool and hitting delete. now using the generic mouse tool (1 tool on the right hand column of the toolbar) click on your custom maillot. Holding shift select one of the balls located at the corner of the box and scale it until its approximately the size of the c00_maillot image. center your image then in the layer panel tick the box with the c00image in it.
Save your file as a .dds file in the same folder that you found the c00_minimaillot, entitle it the same way you did your original maillot but insert mini before maillot. when the window pops up after clicking save, in the first dropdown select the first option DXT1, 2nd list select Iterative Fit, the Uniform in the next menu.
I attached one i made (my navigation skills are better than my create skills!). Im terrible at giving instructions so i might have gone a bit overboard but i figure some mini is better than no mini.
