Is it the same for you that if you find a young rider and click his profile, that you can change to other young riders, you haven`t scouted yet, by clicking the arrows next to his name? |

i tried denmark, usa, sweden, norway, germany, GB, russia and many more, i always have a scout in denmark since im dane, and me scout finds talents there, but if i send one of the other two to lets just say sweden he dosnt find any in a whole season thats where my problems is i can only find talents in denmark |

some known bug since V1.0.0.0 or at least one of the early versions of PCM2010, thought

sounds odd to me.
do you play some career with a costum team?
already checked the DYN_young_cyclist table of your save game, if there are any existing entries for those countries mentioned above?
your scouts get a red bar for proper knowledge about the several countries then after a while?

i have played with many teams in pcm10 and it have been the same with all teams, i know about the red bar. >But the thing is as the bar normally fills up when searching for talents in my games nothing happends at all to the bars, only the scout that i send to denmark his bar fills because he finds talents. |

Did you sign the scout using an editor?
I made a carreer in patch 1.0.0, the scouts I signed using the editor, never found any riders. However if I signed them in-game, they worked as they are supposed too. |

My guess are that you are sending the same scout all the time, so your 2 last scouts aren't sent out at all
You gotta select the scout, and then send them to the country you want.
Thats my guess atleast

i sign them ingame. yeah i know how the scout system works i played this game for many years so thats why i cant understand the problem im having right now |

If you sign a scout with an editor (i.e. change their team to yours in dyn_scout) then you need to edit dyn_scout_efficiency as well before they are able to scout for you |
