A classic I did, I'm no pro working with stage editor but I think it is okay:

I'm making a 21 stages fantasy tour, the european capitals tour.
Each stage begin and end in the capital of the country where it takes place.

Really like the idea, even if it`s not very realistic.
But 80km TTT is quite hard. Bad teams will lose more than 10 min and so they probably lost the whole tour on the first day. |

Nice idea, but it gonna be quite flat tour, I'm afraid. You can't find many mountains next to European capitals, can you? Madrid, Bern, Rome, maybe Wien and some hilly stages in Benelux. And that's all, am I right?
And no mountain finishes, that's the worst

there will be mountains, hills, flat and maybe pave, you're right, no mountain finishes but I think this tour have potential to be interesting.

But I thought you will use some cobblestones in Paris stage. There are many around Paris, aren't?

Maybe you should turn the course upside down. Then the cobbles will be in the end of the stage and make it even harder. |
