Is possible to add a tt stage and a flat stage for only 1 year? Lets say this will be in 2012 but not in 2011 or 2013.Also i`m curious how can be made this to act like a world championship and riders will ride for their nationals. Thanks

Its not possible - if you put a race in, it is raced every year.
