A question about "Good or bad feelings"

Do the "Good or bad feelings" during any given race that each rider on my team has to find out for themselves apply to every rider in the race? Because, while my team leader Chiappucci has his off days in the mountains, it seems that Indurain is always on! So, while my eight riders have their good or bad days, do the other 152 riders in the race have good or bad feelings? cause if not, then it kinda makes them all very predictable, no?

They do. You can find out what a rider's feelings on the day are by observing him (you can't find out before he finds out for himself, though)

EDIT: For clarification: I mean there's an "observe" function in the game.
