Is this possible? in the game no ruska font as it add? In Russia, thousands of players can not play in the Russian version! |

Are you talking about that there is no Russian in the DL-version of PCM? Checked the translating tables and Russian was there so I guess it works for the CD-version.
There is no way to activate Russian for the DL-version in sta_language. You have to overwrite another language in sta_localized_string and sta_formated_string (import the DB with local.cdb patch with Advanced Editor V4), for example French with the Russian lines.
