Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	No, you don't have to start a new career after installing the the patch. But you might have to install the DB again. You only have to start a new career if the game crashes when you use the old career or if you want to start again anyway.
