Problems with changing team after a season... (pcm 2009)

I've been playing pcm 2009 for a couple of seasons now, but still havent figured out how to change team after a season. I remember when i used to play the 2007 season, i would recieve an "email" when a team was looking for a new team manager, but i havent recieved anything about changing team in this game. What do i do?

Can anyone help me?
