I have made my own db with the db-editor. But i made it when my game was'nt updated (1.0.0.0). My question, can i keep playing with that db with patch 2.0.2.2 and still have the updates in my carrer with my own db?

Just try it. My guess ist that it will run fine.

Of course you will miss all changes in the DB (because your career based on the db from 1.0.0.0) but there should be a button to synchronize the save. Click it before you load your career.
