Changing race class from Continental to PT

Which number do i have to change to make e.g the "Amgen Tour of California" a ProTour race?

I watched up the numbers in STA_UCI_class, but i´m not sure if that´s all i have to change.

STA_race, fkIDUCI_class (or something like that).
