How to add a race, or tour?

I managed to swap my stage in for another one and play it in game, no probs.

Now i tried to add it via the game editor so its an additional race, not overwriting one of cyanides. I really didnt know what to do. I went to the races tab and add race, but theres so many options????

Has anybody made a grand tour of their own without removing one of cyanides big 3?

A Danish guy made a long Scandinavian race. I don't remember whether it has 21 stages, but it's close.
