Can't add Sprints in Stage Editor

I can't add the sprints in the pcm 2010 stage editor. I will put the waypoints in but when I try to add a sprint, It says "Imposible to add this object". Sad I will left cick the "add" button, then right click on the road where I want it. What am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to add the sprint when your waypoint is selected?
