OK, then you might have to delete the other folder as well.
Type %APPDATA% in your explorer, then delete the PCM folder. |

I do not know if you have installed more then one game from cyanide. If you only have PCM 2010 installed, then you can delete the cyanide, else you need to go into the cyanide folder and delete the pcm 2010 folder. |

Open your explorer and type %APPDATA% into the box above then press enter (like you would enter it in your browser). Now it should show you some folders and one of them should be a cyanide or pcm 2010 folder. Delete that folder (as described above).
Then start the game |

So what did you do?
- Uninstall the game
- Remove all pcm 2010 folders (do you know how to find folders?)
- Installed the game
- Started the game
If the game still does not run, then I cannot help any further.

You don't have to search for %APPDATA% you should type it into your explorer. Maybe I am just bad in explaining. I hope the picture does explains it better. After you typed it, press ENTER.

There must be a cyanide or pcm folder. Maybe you need administrator rights or go to the explorer options to show hidden files.
But I guess you better contact the technical support (look in cyanide forum or on the box of your game) |
