Getting Jersey's into the game

Hi all,
First of all thanks to miggi, raz and rjc for giving me the ideas and showing me how to go about making a jersey... Sadly now I'm a bit stuck.
I have a shirt, but I need to know the following-
How do I get the shirt on my custom team riders if I've already started a game with a default jersey?
What file type do I need to save the jersey as?
Do I need a save game editor and if so which one?
I see some of you guys talking about 3D shirts, how important are they, and how do I go about converting my flat shirt into a 3D model?
All help greatly appreciated.

Ok, I'm having a few issues!
Thanks for the link, it was very helpful, I know what file type to use, where to put the file and even how to make a 3d shirt!
Slight problem though...
I still don't seem to be able to get my original custom jersey into the game? Is it possible to change the jersey's in a custom season I've already started, or would I need to start again? And if anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong at this point I would be very greatfull!! |

It is possible, can you tell me where you've saved either the minishirt and the real shirt?

Indeed I can.
The mini shirt is saves in C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010\Gui\team_shirt and I've managed to get that to appear in game.
The actual jersey that appears on the rider is currently causing me the problem, that's saved in C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010\CM_Textures\cycliste\team\c19.
The file is a .tga file and is 416KB in size, it that helps? |

Save it as 32 bit TGA without Compression. It is supposed to be 556kb then. |

Ok, I've done that, file type and size is correct, but the team are still wearing a different jersey that's not in any of the c files either... If it helps the jersey is White, Blue and Orange with GAMIN written in the chest, back and legs...
What am I doing wrong??

The size of it is wrong. It's supposed to be 455x313 while yours is 454x313. |

I'm not really sure, to be honest. You can try to add the extra pixel (resize the image) and see if that works out. |

If you want to see how your shirt looks in game, then use the shirt viewer on this site, it's quite handy
