Can't start, it says no disc?

I have the disc in CD-station. I got this problem when i bought the game, and in all the patches. Then i talked to cyanide and got a activation key that fixed it.
Now, after installing the new patch(1.0.2.2) it messed up again.

''Insert the PCM 2010 disc into the disc drive and press "Retry". If the disc is in the drive, make sure its contents can be viewed in the Windows Explorer. If it is a multidisc product, try the main disc or others. If nothing helps, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support.''

What can i do? anyone got the same problem?

Does the computer see the CD?

I have a downloaded version, and it would open up just fine untill I downloaded the 1.0.2.2 Patch. Then the same message would come up, stating that I needed to insert the CD. I tried downloading the 1.0.2.0 Beta patch (which was supposed to fix the problem), but nothing changed.

I found out that it won't do that if you are an administrator on yourcomputer.
