How to put stages in xml and import them

Hi

Can anybody pls tell me how do i put the stage into a .xml and how do i import stages into game.

and pls give me only english or slovenian tutorial

You're not supposed to get an .xml file.

Do what this guy does even if you don't understand what he's saying:

Thx. Another thing... How you add your shirts for your new created race. For example a yellow shirt for the race leader. I know points and money are edited from classification XML,but shirts for the race ? Thanks again
