How do I convert a photo to a tga file, so it can be used in the game?

First of all - for what do you want use a photo in game?

For riders/managers photo you have to use some editor like Photoshop or Gimp. Load your photo, resize it to 64x64 pixels and save it to .tga format Smile

NOTE: Make sure it's 32 bit
