On PCM09, I done a FDJ story, I enjoyed it that much and poeple liked im going to do it for PCM10. So here we go.
Today French team Francaise Des Jeux decided it was time for a change, so in comes a new British Directuer Sportif in Stephen Charlesworth. In an interview with L'Equipe Charlesworth said " Tour de France is big for every French team and after watching the last tour and seeing how inactive FDJ were in breaks, it becomes my number 1 goal to guide this team through a good successful TDF with plenty of riders in breaks and hopefully a return to the top 10 for Christophe Le Mevel".

Santos Tour Down Under
Stage 2
With the lumpy profile of the stage again today, Geslin could have a brilliant chance to take a win, main sprinters could struggle today.
The Breakaway
Break caused panic in the peleton for a while as they got over 9"00, healthy group of 12 riders were looking good with 20km to go when they still had a 2"00 lead but FDJ got help from 2 other teams and break was caught.
Finish
Win for Geslin, 2nd Sylvain Chavanel with Dall'Antonia of Liquigas 3rd. Brilliant lead out from Vaugrenard really done a brilliant job today.

Santos Tour Down Under
Stage 3
Hoping today with the final 2 climbs close to the finish, it could be another day for Geslin.
The Breakaway
Solo break today by Benoit Vaugrenard, he got a lead of 3"00 but was inevitably brought back with 8km to go.
Benoit Vaugrenard
Vaugrenard done very well today in holding out there for so long, good publicity for our team.
Breakaway catch
Vaugrenard caught, good lone break but was never going to work with 1 rider, good effort though.
2.5km to go
Major sprint trains failed to show, so we had no problem getting Geslin placed, Guesdon provided fantastic positioning for Geslin.
Finish
Win for Geslin, brilliant lead out and postioning from Guesdon. 2nd for Lorenzetto of Lampre and 3rd for Ciolek of Milram. The big sprinters did show but without their lead out train and poor postioning.
