how to edit frames?

how can you edit frames, change the colors and stuff. whats the indicated program?

It's relly easy too work...

my doubt is if pain.net can open a frame file and which file to open, because there is plenty of them. e.g. frame1_n.dds, frame1_d.dds. ... please help

okey...

paint.net is able to open the frame file...

you must open the frame1_d.dds... and there can you change the color...
but you must look that only the frame has a other color not the complet file.
