Will Armstrong lose all his titles if he gets indicted for fraud?
If so, then the 1999-2005 period will have some surprising Tour winners, when you consider that the riders he normally beat were doped.
Here's my list:
1999 - Angel Casero
2000 - Danielo Nardello
2001 - Francois Simon
2002 - Carlos Sastre
2003 - Haimar Zubeldia
2004 - Georg Totschnig
2005 - Cadel Evans
Some Interesting results to think about.
Allright, Casero probably doped, Nardello also, Simon and Sastre i don't know, Zubeldia definantly in 2003, Totschnig was involved in the human plasma scandal and was good friends with the t-mobile guysl, and Evans claims to ride clean, alltough im not sure.
You can come up with many list like that of many races, but anyway you spin it, most of the riders in the top 20 were doped, so you have to go further down if you want the real "clean" winner.

Hey, I didn't know that, but I'm bored and have nothing better to do.

What about everyone other than Armstrong wh won the Tour? Why would Lance and Floyd Landis be the only two men in TdF history since 1905 to get their wins taken away?

I was talking about Lance, since he won the first tour that I remember. (I was 3 )
