Hey guys I would just like to ask how you set about planning which races each rider in your team participates in. This would be dependant on your season goals to get your riders in form I understand.

The team I have chosen is Silence-Lotto and I have Evans for Le Tour, McEwen for the Giro/ Vuelta and Le Tour as the main sprinter and Hoste for the classics.

What I hve done in the past which is not really practical is to shorten my squad to around 18-20 riders maximum then have an A team and a B team and only race in the 'auto' races.
