Will the real name DB (for 1.0.1.8) work with the new patch (1.0.2.2)? |

I think so, but you have to save you current local db.
install the patch will overwrite the file. So before you patch it, rename your local.cdb. After you installed the patch, rename your old local.db to the current local.cdb. |

well im using pcm expansion pack with new patch it seems to work ...i will use it untill its updated  cause im not playing with the offical crap one ... |

I used Real Names on 1.0.2.2 and it loaded fine and I was able to play the Tour de France without any problems. |

Yes, all databases will always work, but you will not benefit from all the changes that have been made to the standard DB. |

You can play with your SKY team but not gain any benefit from the new patch, even if you have installed the new patch |

Since the patch has been withdrawn, I don't think that people will make a Real Name DB for it |
