Fun Fact: Pau has been a tour stage town 62 times, which puts it 3rd in the rankings (1st Paris, 2nd Bordeaux). Winners here: Binda, Robic, Coppi, Bahamontes, Gimondi, Hinault, Kelly, Delgardo, Chiapucchi amongst others.

Worst rider: Fabian Cancellara (useless in this week. Even Breschel is much better climber)

Best rider: I will say Alexandre Vinokourov; he has done a good job helping Alberto, took a stage (and almsot the one before that), and is holding a top ten spot.
Best stage: Stage 10; a long breakaway occurs, and Sergio Paulinho takes the stage!
Best team: Team RadioShack; they have the lead in the team classification, and a couple of good rides.
Worst rider: Ivan Basso; I did not, but many bought into the idea that he could compete even after winning the Giro less than two months ago.
Worst stage: Stage 13; the peloton can't stop Vinokourov from ruining the stage.
Worst team: Team Sky; Wiggins should send me a refund for getting my hopes up about him. 
Most boring team: Cofidis; they haven't really done much.
Stupid decision of the week: Carlos Barredo's attack on Stage 16; he just decided to spend dozens of kilometers trying to runaway from some hungry riders.

He's probably more serious than those who list The Shack as worst team. Levi riding high in GC, they're leading the teams classification, a stage win by Paulinho. I'd agree with fightingchicken26 that they have been one of the best team over the last week (not on Bbox's level though). |

They have not met expectations, but yes. This is why they wore the yellow numbers today.
EDIT: On the Rest Day 1 thread, I voted Team RadioShack as the worst team. They have had a good turnaround in this second week considering how old they all are.

Guy won a Giro 2 months ago..what you excpected, that he will also in top shape in TdF? We dont have 90's. anymore.
Cancellara worst..well ..wait final TT.
Worst rider: Kreuziger..(after Taaramäe aband. )..he was prepeared for this race..and nothing. I realy miss Nibali.

Best rider: Tommy! Winning in the tricolore was quite special. Also, Mark Renshaw. And Jurgen Van den Broek.
Best stage: stage 8 - just for the Pharmstrong fail. And Cuddles in yellow too.
Best team: Rabobank - simply for getting Gesink and Menchov around without falling off their bikes randomly uphill
Worst rider: Vinokourov - he's there racing. And he's as good as he was when he was doping, despite being 2 years older and apparently "clean".
Worst stage: stage 2, when the pack decided to neutralise the sprint. Ridiculous decision.
Worst team: Liquigas - terrible Tour by them given the leaders they have
