put logos in custom team

hi!

i create a logo with photoshop CS3, and i saved it as .tga 32 bits, then, i put in the corrects folders, (CM_Textures/cycliste/team/c07 and gui/team/logo ...is it right? or im wrong? ) then, in the game they it shows a blue sky background in the logo place and the logo isnt show :?

something is wrong, i know, but, what?

Did you remember the alpha channel?

thanks but, im lost, in photoshop i think that i activated this but im no sure, could you show me any tutorial or image that i can see about this?
