I have looked for it, but I didn't find, so I need to ask. The intensity of the different training methods stayed the same, like in PCM09? I'm thinking to this image:

I'm asking about the main things, because there is also a prologue skill, which I think improves when I train time trial, stage races (and sprinter?) with my rider.

A little bit creepy, all the PRL gains are 0. (OfficialRelease.cdb)

But the PRL value still improves in the career. That doesn't make sence, does it?
