Crash at the National Championship

Hey

Currently i'm playing a career with Team Sky with patch 1.0.1.8 and CYM Italia database, and my game has been fine until the national championships in the end of june. I can't move on with my game. Anybody who has experienced the same thing, or got a solution for me?
