Using stagiaires

I am radioshack, i have 3 stagiaires in my team (Bewley, Busche and Selander). I have gave them a chance to ride some PT races (P-N, TDU, T-A).

I have used them as watercarriers, even though they finish fringale after every stage.

Is this a good way to go for experienxe or will it affect the morale of the riders?

Bewley,Busche and Selander arent stagiaires, are they? Theyre in the team when you start.

Anyway, i am also playing with radioshack. In the first season i am keeping them away from grand tours using them mainly in small races, where they do their share of work in the early stages of the race.

Do they develop nicely? They look quite rubbish when you start.

Bewley can become a pretty good cobble domestique, but dont expect any victories from him. Selander and Busche are awfulShock
