Apparently there is a problem with the new stage-making system that means you cannot make stages inside the US.
I may be dead wrong about that, so feel free to correct me if I am. |

Wouldnt it be possible to use terrain from another country and then make it from the USA? Like just have USA under race info so it shows up as a US race even though it has another terrain. I have no idea about stage making or anything like that, it just seems logical

Yes, but it wouldnt be particularly realistic.
For now, most stage makers are focusing on making European races, as they are able to be done realistically.

6 gap century of GA goes through the north GA mountains. Has some vicious climbs i think on the created stage it hit 21% for a peak, pretty sure it doesnt in the race but i know the race is brutal i went and watched it a few years back. Its an interesting race I believe it holds the record for the slowest century ride set on 04. not a uci or conti race of any kind but its a fun one.

I live in GA so tour of GA is one of my favorite races, figured id make a stage since everyone is busy with other projects. Stage 6 from the 08 ToGA. Goes over the highest peak in GA brasstown bald. I might do a fantasy toGA for 2010 using the stage the 6 century gap i made and a few other awesome mountains like slaughter and blood mountains. If you guys like my work that is.
https://tourdegeorgia.s3.amazonaws.com...rofile.pdf
info for the last climb, tallest peak in GA
Average : 10.9 %
Length: 4.9 km
Height start: 900 m
Height top: 1435 m
Gradient: 535 m
Maximum: 20 %
